The Architect

The Architect

The breathtaking St. Peter’s Basilica took approximately 120 years to build. I imagine the process was arduous, yet the end result was an awe-inspiring late Renaissance church, which we wouldn’t be able to fully appreciate had it been left undone. Now apply this concept to today’s passage. We may be a mere blueprint, a pile of bricks, or in another stage of construction, but one thing is for certain; God is the architect. Perhaps there are things that don’t make sense or that are unclear to us, but God has a plan and He has every intention of seeing it through.

And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns. (‭‭Philippians‬ ‭1:6‬ ‭NLT)
