To whom this may concern. To you who are worried or anxious about something. Allow me to tell you that I know the feeling. I too understand being worried or anxious to the point of losing my breath becoming physically ill. As a believer, I’ve come to learn that there is nothing impossible for God, and yet I try to “help” Him by taking tasks from His hands and worrying about them. I’ve also learned that, while my anxiety can’t be simply switched off, there are things I can do to ease it. When I feel the tingling of worry and anxiety creeping up on me, rather than give in I have a talk with my Heavenly Father and try to remind myself to just chill He’s got my back.
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. (Philippians 4:6 NLT)
