Often times I’ve found myself wondering if the things I do, these reflections included, make a difference. It’s like throwing a treasure map in a bottle into the ocean and never really knowing if it will be found, but today’s verse inspires us to press on. We may never see the fruits of our labor here on earth, but rest assured that we’ll see them in heaven.
So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless. (1 Corinthians 15:58 NLT)
