Inside OUtSeems like lately we’ve become more conscious about what we eat, or do, in order to maintain or obtain the ideal physique we desire. This is good, but how much time do we invest in building our heart? This reminds me of Paul’s advice to Timothy “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.”  If our exterior reflected our interior, would we be happy with the results?

…The LORD doesn’t see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.(‭1 Samuel‬ ‭16‬:‭7‬ NLT)
