A Cub’s Courage

As a child, I recall watching a cartoon in which a bear cub stands up to a hunter in an effort to defend himself. When he roars, rather than the usual baby roar, a terrifying sound scares away the hunter. When the camera zooms out, we see his mother behind him. Life is like this for those of us who trust in the Lord, we are never alone. Be encouraged and face the world head on….you are NOT alone.

I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world. (John‬ ‭16:33‬ ‭NLT‬‬)
