Heavy Weight vs. Heavyweight

Sometimes we go though life burdened by our past, regret, negative thoughts, failures and mistakes. These loads can be a heavy weight to carry around, but we have a heavyweight champ who fought for us and won by giving His life for us on the cross. The only weight we should experience now is the weight of glory. Be blessed!

“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory ” (2 Corinthians 4:17 KJV). 

To the ones who carry their past mistakes

To the ones whose heart is burdened with regret

I say

To the darkness that tries to push us down

I say

To the lightweights that have been overtaken by their enemy

I say

Heavyweight

To those who want to hang up the gloves

I say

To the savior who has paid the ultimate price for our sins

I say

Heavyweight

As for the momentary afflictions I remind you of the coming glory
