Adopted

When one adopts a child, they take them, raise them and love them as their own. For many, adoption is not about birth, but about love. God doesn’t care where we come from but rather where we are headed. He doesn’t care about our flaws, but rather how He can be strong in our weakness. As a result, He has adopted us as His own because He loves us. What a nice feeling to be wanted…to be loved.

God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. (Ephesians‬ ‭1:5‬ ‭NLT‬‬)
